Last updated: March 11, 2026

Our Commitment

MedBillResolve is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. We are actively working toward full conformance.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML markup throughout the platform
  • ARIA labels and roles on interactive elements
  • Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Form labels properly associated with input fields
  • Descriptive link text and button labels
  • Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
  • Clear, plain-language content that avoids unnecessary jargon
  • Error identification and suggestions in forms
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second

Assistive Technology Compatibility

MedBillResolve is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • PDF documents: Generated dispute packets are delivered as PDF files. While we structure PDFs with tagged content where possible, some screen readers may have difficulty with complex document layouts.
  • Third-party content: Some payment processing interfaces are provided by third-party services and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
